This year was immixGroup’s 6th annual Government IT Sales Summit, an industry conference held in Reston, Virginia which brings together nearly 1,000 solution providers, systems integrators and IT manufacturers looking to drive results that matter—for federal, state and local agencies as well as a healthy bottom line for industry.
Dave Turner, Hitachi Vantara Federal’s President and CEO, participated in the opening panel discussion: Mission Control: The State of the Industry. In this session, top federal IT leaders shared their insights on leveraging creative, targeted strategies to ensure effective collaboration between industry and government that result in integrated, sustainable mission support. The discussion was moderated by Troy Fortune, immixGroup’s Vice President and General Manager. Other panel members included Jean Edwards – Executive Director of Strategic Programs at Dell EMC Federal, Nathan Jones – Vice President of Red Hat Federal, and Meghan Steel – Senior Director of SLED at NetApp.
